Kini Anda bisa membandingkan Google Maps dan Bing Maps dalam satu tampilan di browser Anda secara side by side seperti gambar diatas. Ryan Jonasson [ http://www.jonasson.org ] yang membuat hal ini menjadi mungkin. Dengan begitu Anda bisa menilai mana yang lebih informatif dari kedua layanan peta online seluruh dunia tersebut. Untuk wilayah Indonesia, peta jaringan jalan Google Maps jauh lebih baik daripada Bing Maps, namun untuk citra satelit resolusi tinggi sejauh penelusuran saya Bing Maps lebih banyak mengcover.
Sayangnya menu pencarian menggunakan file kml/kmz yang telah di upload sebelumnya tidak tersedia di layanan ini. Jika Anda belum mengetahui cara membuka file kml di Google Maps, cukup menuliskan url file kml tersebut di menu pencarian yang tersedia di Google Maps. Lihat contoh gambar diatas.

i am using both Bing and Google and i think both search engines give relevant search results. i would still prefer Google though, because it gives a little bit more relevant search results than Bing.
