Saya ditanya, apakah dengan trik download peta dari Google Maps menggunakan browser Firefox yang diposting sebelumnya, bisa juga digunakan untuk melakukan download citra satelit resolusi tinggi yang juga terdapat di Google Maps? Jawabnya tentu saja bisa… Namun Anda harus zoom in hingga tampilan maksimal untuk mendapatkan resolusi terbaik sebelum di download. Terus kualitas hasil downloadnya bagaimana? Saya pastikan resolusi yang di peroleh masih tidak lebih baik jika mendownload menggunakan Google Earth Pro atau GE Plus, apalagi jika menggunakan opsi Premium. Terus apa lagi kekurangannya?
Citra satelit yang ada di Google Maps ternyata terdapat watermark yang jika diperhatikan dengan teliti, watermark tersebut sangat banyak dan penempatannya secara random. Contohnya seperti tampak pada gambar di bawah ini…
Namun jika hal tersebut tidak menjadi masalah buat Anda, ya silahkan saja download citra satelit dari Google Maps menggunakan trik yang saya posting sebelumnya.
