Copy Peta dari ArcMap Data View ke Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Copy peta dari Layout View ArcMap ke Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint atau program office lainnya semudah Copy-Paste biasa. Namun ada perlakuan sedikit berbeda jika Anda ingin melakukan copy peta dari ArcMap Data View ke Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

ArcMap menyediakan fitur Copy Map to Clipboard untuk melakukan copy peta dari ArcMap Data View ke Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Berikut screenshoot cara menggunakan fitur tersebut.

1. Peta ArcMap Data View yang akan di copy ke ke Word/Excel/PowerPoint.


2. Aktifkan Clipboard di Microsoft Office. Untuk Office 2003 terdapat di menu Edit –> Office Clipboard

3. Dari ArcMap Data View, klik menu Edit –> Copy Map to Clipboard

4. Hasil copy terdapat di jendela Clipboard Microsoft Office

5. Double klik image di jendela Clipboard tersebut untuk menampilkan di lembar kerja.

Anda juga bisa meng-copy dari Microsoft Office ke ArcMap Data View / Layout Data View semudah Copy-Paste. Dengan catatan, setelah Anda Paste di Data View Anda bisa melihatnya dengan cara klik menu Edit –> Select All Elements kemudian tetap dari menu Edit –> Zoom to Selected Elements. Untuk hasil Paste di Layout Data View, biasanya berada di center layout. Anda bisa mengatur (resize) untuk di sesuaikan dengan layout Anda. Salah satu contoh hasil layout dengan meletakkan graph dari Excel seperti terlihat pada gambar paling atas.
